If the inspection result is “fail” we send you a detailed report with photos and a clear explanation of the issues found. You can then decide whether the factory should rework and request a re inspection, or whether to accept the order with reservations. We can support you by confirming corrections in a follow up visit if needed.
Most inspections can be scheduled within forty eight to seventy two hours after we receive your booking and all needed details such as supplier contact, product information, and packing list. During peak seasons it is helpful to book earlier.

AQL means Acceptable Quality Level. It is an international standard used to decide how many pieces to inspect and how many defects are acceptable in a batch.

Instead of checking every single unit, we take a random sample based on the AQL table and count the defects found. If the number of defects stays within the AQL limit, the shipment is considered acceptable. If it is above the limit, the result is fail and you can ask the supplier to rework or sort the goods.

We normally use industry standard AQL levels, but we can adjust them if you want stricter or more flexible criteria.
