What is AQL?
AQL means Acceptable Quality Level.It is an international standard used to decide how many pieces to inspect and how many defects are acceptable in a batch.
Instead of checking every single unit, we take a random sample based on the AQL table and count the defects found.If the number of defects stays within the AQL limit, the shipment is considered acceptable.If it is above the limit, the result is fail and you can ask the supplier to rework or sort the goods.
We normally use industry standard AQL levels, but we can adjust them if you want stricter or more flexible criteria.

Do you offer quality control inspections in Bangladesh?
Yes. We have inspectors permanently based in Dhaka and Chittagong, Bangladesh. We offer pre-shipment inspections, in-line inspections, and container loading supervision with 48-hour booking and 24-hour report delivery.
How fast do I receive my inspection report?
All inspection reports are delivered within 24 hours of the inspection date. Reports include 50+ photos, AQL sampling results, defect classification, and a clear Pass/Fail recommendation.
What is the difference between Pre-Shipment and In-Line inspection?
A Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) happens after production is 100% complete, before loading. An In-Line Inspection (DUPRO) happens during production at 20–30% completion, allowing defects to be corrected before the full batch is finished.
